MEET OUR COACHES
David "Skip" Gardner
has been coaching soccer for 24 years and his varied coaching experiences include club, high school, and college. He holds a United States Soccer Federation National "B" License. Skip attended Cedarville College where he played soccer for four years. He received his Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and Doctor Degree in Education Leadership from the University of Central Florida. After College Skip spent four summers playing soccer in Europe with the Charlotte Eagles Soccer Club and has take soccer tours to Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. He is currently a Coach for Sol Sport Club, Lake Mary High School, Director for G.O.A.T Soccer Training and owner of Intercontinental Soccer Club.
Chase
has been coaching for over 10 years and has varied coaching experiences including High School Club with all ages from 4-18 years of age. He also hold a United States Federations National "C" License. Chase attended Coker University where he played soccer for 4 years and received his Bachelor's in Sports Management. He is currently a coach at Florida Kraze and Lake Brantley High School.
Enzo
has been coaching for the last 6 years. Enzo holds a United States Soccer Federation National "D" License. He began coaching in a small club and became the Director for the Junior Academy as well coaching for North Carolina State College for Soccer Program. Enzo currently coaches at Lake Mary High School and Orlando City Seminole Soccer School.
The DeBary Soccer Academy is a partnership between the City of DeBary Parks and Rec Department and G..O.A.T .Soccer Training, which was founded by Dr. David “Skip” Gardner, to bring professional soccer training to the community of DeBary. His mission is to teach skills necessary for soccer and for life!
The Debary Soccer Academy clinics and camps provide a positive environment where players will be able to push their skills, techniques and confidence to a new level in a fun, dynamic way.
